ATX Supper Club brings together a room full of strangers (and friends) around a table built for both. If you've never been, this is the idea: good food, intentional seating, and the kind of conversation that makes the night go long.
This one is all about the strawberry. In partnership with Oishii, the Japanese-varietal berry grown in vertical farms and known for its extraordinary sweetness + Carabuena Tequila, we've built a menu that lets the fruit lead.

Bread Service — fresh sourdough, cultured butter, herby balsamic strawberry jam
Opening Course — Oishii strawberry crudo, hamachi, citrus, olive oil, chili
Salad Course — pickled Oishii strawberry tartlet, blue cheese, walnut crumble, herbs
Main Course — chicken paillard, strawberry gastrique, white asparagus
Dessert — strawberry shortcake semifreddo, fresh Oishii berries, shortcake crumble, puffed amaranth, lemon zest
